The real number, published
We tell you how much height survives once your bodyweight compresses the cushion.
Trim to your exact size
Printed size lines run along the underside. Cut along yours for an exact fit. Fits US men's 4-9.5 / women's 5.5-11.
Air-cushion heel
Absorbs impact instead of transmitting it up through your knees.
30-day guarantee
Wear them, walk in them. Not right? Full refund within 30 days, worn and all.
Set expectations first
The number on the box is not the number you stand at.
Air-cushion lifts compress the moment you put your weight on them. We would rather tell you here than have you measure it yourself and feel misled.
What everyone advertises
3.5 in
The height of the insole sitting on a table, with nothing pressing down on it. Technically true. Not the number you care about.
What you stand at
Measured
Less, and how much less depends on your weight and how firm your shoe's sole is. We're measuring every tier and publishing the real figures with the test conditions.
We won't print a precise compressed number we haven't measured ourselves. Any brand quoting one without saying how they tested it, at what bodyweight, in what shoe, is guessing at you.
Not sure which height?
Concealment depends on the shoe, not just the lift. Tell us what you wear and we'll show you what fits.

Before you buy
The questions people actually ask us, answered straight.
Will anyone be able to tell I'm wearing them?
That depends far more on your shoe than on the lift. A 1.2 in lift disappears in almost anything, including low-cut sneakers and dress shoes. A 3.5 in lift needs a boot or high-top to stay hidden. Use the selector above rather than defaulting to the tallest option.
What sizes do these fit?
US men's 4 to 9.5, or US women's 5.5 to 11 (EUR 36-43 / 225-270 mm). Printed size lines run along the underside -- cut along the one matching your size and they fit exactly.
If you wear US men's 10 or larger, these will not fit you. We would rather lose the sale than take the return. We are working on sourcing a larger size range and will list it when we have it.
Will my shoes still fit?
They will be tighter. A lift takes up volume inside the shoe, and that is unavoidable at any brand. Most people solve it with thinner socks. If you are going to 2.75 in or above, or your shoes already fit snugly, going up a half size solves it completely.
Are they comfortable enough to wear all day?
At 1.2 in and 2 in, most people forget they are there after a few days. Above that you are changing the angle of your foot meaningfully, and there is a real adjustment period. Build up over a week rather than wearing 3.5 in lifts for a full day immediately.
Will they slide around inside my shoe?
The base is non-slip, which handles most of it. But heel slippage is a genuine issue with any lift, at any brand, and it gets worse the taller you go. If you are buying 2.75 in or above, add heel grips. We would rather sell you a two-dollar fix than take a return.
Are height insoles bad for your feet or back?
For most people, worn sensibly, no. But any lift shifts load toward the forefoot and changes your gait slightly, and taller lifts do it more. Start lower than you think you need and build up gradually. If you have existing foot, knee or back problems, or you are considering lifts for a leg length difference, talk to a podiatrist first. We sell comfort products, not medical devices.
How long does shipping take?
Typically 13 to 19 days. We ship from our supply partner, and we would rather put that number on the product page than bury it at checkout.
What if they don't work for me?
You have 30 days, and you do not have to keep them unopened to qualify. Wear them, walk in them. If they are not right, contact us and we will refund you.
